02 · What it does

Ask it like a colleague.

Sagbas lives in your team chat. Anyone can ask for help in plain language. It works out what needs to happen across your accounts and tools, proposes a plan, waits for approval, then does the work and writes it down.

P01

Onboarding

Day one ready
You ask“Daniel starts Monday as a designer. Same setup as Leila.”

Sagbas copies the right access from a similar role, or from a template you approve once. It prepares everything before the start date, so the new hire can work from the first hour.

  • Creates the Microsoft 365 or Google account
  • Adds groups, shared drives and calendars
  • Assigns app seats and licenses by role
  • Checks for a free laptop and flags if one is needed
  • Sends a welcome checklist with first logins
  • Reminds the new hire to set up MFA

Offboarding

Nothing left open
You ask“Sara's last day is Friday. Hand her files to Tom.”

One request closes every door at the right moment. Sagbas builds the full list of what the person had access to, so nothing is forgotten.

  • Signs the person out and blocks their account
  • Removes them from groups and shared drives
  • Transfers files and mailbox to a colleague
  • Frees their app seats and licenses
  • Lists devices to collect
  • Reports anything it couldn't close itself

Help desk

Answers in chat
You ask“I got a new phone and can't log in to Outlook.”

Everyday questions get answered right away, in the same thread, with steps written for non-technical people. If it needs a person, Sagbas says so and passes on everything it found.

  • Password resets after identity checks
  • MFA moves to a new phone
  • “How do I share / book / set up…” answers
  • Step-by-step fixes for common problems
  • Escalates to your contact with full context
  • Learns your office's own setup over time
P04

Licenses & SaaS

One live list
You ask“Which subscriptions renew this month, and are we using them?”

Sagbas keeps one up-to-date list of who uses which tool, and spots seats nobody uses before you pay for them again.

  • Seat count vs. active users, per tool
  • Idle accounts and unused seats
  • Upcoming renewals, with a heads-up
  • Suggestions to downgrade or remove
  • Who to ask before cancelling something
  • A monthly summary for the owner
P05

Network & devices

Know what you own
You ask“The Wi-Fi in the meeting room is terrible today.”

Sagbas keeps track of laptops and office gear, and on supported networks (UniFi first) it can check what is going on before anyone gets a ladder out.

  • Device list: who has which laptop
  • Warranty and age at a glance
  • Guest Wi-Fi passwords on request
  • Network health checks on supported gear
  • Clear notes for a technician if hardware fails
  • Visitor and event access, then removed

Security basics

Gaps closed
Sagbas asks you“Three accounts have no MFA, and two files are shared publicly. Want me to fix them?”

Sagbas doesn't wait to be asked here. It checks for common gaps on a schedule and brings you a short, plain-language list with one-click fixes.

  • Accounts without MFA
  • Files shared with “anyone with the link”
  • Old or unnecessary admin rights
  • Accounts nobody has used in months
  • Suspicious sign-in alerts, explained
  • A simple monthly security report
Honest limits

What Sagbas won't do.

Knowing where the edges are is part of being useful.

  • Fix hardware. It tells you what's wrong and what to ask a technician
  • Buy anything. It can prepare a quote for you to approve and pay
  • Make risky changes without a named person approving them
  • Act on instructions hidden inside emails, files or web pages
  • Replace your accountant, lawyer or security auditor
  • Touch tools you haven't connected and allowed
How approvals and permissions work →

Hand over the routine.

We're looking for teams of 10–100 people without a full-time IT person. Pilots get hands-on setup and a direct line to the founder.
