Patched in by lunch.
No software to install on every laptop and no new portal for your team to learn. You connect the tools you already use, and Sagbas starts by only looking. It does nothing until you decide what it may do.
Four steps to go live.
Connect your tools
An admin signs in with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and approves read-only access. Then you add Sagbas to Slack or Microsoft Teams, in the channel where people ask for IT help.
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Optional: network gear (UniFi first)
- Optional: other SaaS tools you use
Review the snapshot
Sagbas maps your office and gives you one clear report: who works here, what they can access, which licenses you pay for, and where the gaps are. It ends with a short list of quick wins, each with a one-click fix.
Set the rules
Together we decide who can approve what, which actions Sagbas may take, and your standard setup for each role. You can change any of this later.
Hand it over
Your team asks Sagbas in chat. It proposes, you approve, it does the work and logs it. Every month you get a short summary of what was done, what was saved and what needs attention.
Join as a pilot office.
We're onboarding a small number of offices first, and working closely with each one.
Hands-on from day one
- Setup done together with the founder
- A direct line for questions and requests
- Features shaped around your office
- Founding-customer terms when we launch
Honest feedback
- 10–100 people, no full-time IT person
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Slack or Microsoft Teams
- A short check-in call every couple of weeks
Questions we hear.
Do we need to install anything on our laptops?
No. Sagbas works through the admin tools of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your chat app. Nothing needs to be installed on each computer to get started.
Who in our office needs to be involved?
One person with admin rights to connect the tools, and whoever will approve changes, often the office manager or a founder. Everyone else just uses chat.
Can we stop using it?
Yes, at any time. Disconnecting Sagbas removes its access immediately. You keep the full log of everything it did and the snapshot of your setup.
Do you replace our current IT contractor?
Not necessarily. Many offices keep a contractor for hardware and bigger projects. Sagbas handles the daily routine and gives your contractor clear, written context when you need them.
How much will it cost?
Pricing will be a simple monthly fee based on office size. Pilot offices get founding-customer terms. Get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
Which tools do you support?
We start with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and Microsoft Teams, then UniFi networks. Pilot offices help decide which tools come next.
Ready when you are.
Tell us a little about your office and the tools you use. We'll reply personally.
