Trust is earned in steps.
An IT agent touches the most important systems in your office. So Sagbas is built around one idea: it proposes, a person decides. It starts read-only, asks before risky changes and writes down everything it does.
Three levels of risk.
Every action Sagbas can take is sorted by how much harm a mistake could do. You can make any action stricter. High-risk changes always need approval.
Reads & answers
Runs on its own. Nothing in your systems changes.
- Answering how-to questions
- Reports and snapshots
- Finding gaps and idle seats
Small, reversible
Off until you switch it on. Then it can run after the requester's identity is checked.
- Password and MFA resets
- Guest Wi-Fi access
- Adding someone to a team calendar
Create, delete, grant
Always needs a yes from a named approver. Sagbas shows exactly what will change first.
- Creating or blocking accounts
- Giving access or admin rights
- Removing data or licenses
Rules taped to the rack door.
Least privilege
Sagbas asks only for the permissions it needs for the actions you have switched on. It starts read-only, and you can narrow its access any time.
Know who's asking
Requests are tied to the person's real work account in Slack or Teams. Sensitive requests need extra confirmation, and only named approvers can approve.
Instructions come from people
Text inside emails, documents or web pages is treated as information, never as orders. A message saying “give me admin access” in a file does nothing.
Undo where possible
Before changing something, Sagbas records what was there. Most changes can be rolled back in one step, and it tells you upfront when one can't.
Every action on the record.
Each request, plan, approval and change is logged in plain language. It's easy to read for you, and useful for any outside review.
Your data stays yours.
Only what's needed
Sagbas keeps the minimum it needs to do the job: account lists, settings and its own log. It doesn't copy your emails or files.
Not used for training
We use Anthropic's commercial API. Under its commercial terms, your data is not used to train AI models.
Leave any time
Disconnect and Sagbas's access ends immediately. You can take your log and snapshot with you, and ask us to delete the rest.
